Playground Equipment, Shade, and Surfacing Installer We are looking to hire 2 installers to join our team. We are a reputable playground equipment and rubber surfacing company that has been around for over 25 years. We sell and install playground equipment, shades, shelters, and also rubber surfacing to to city parks and rec, schools, childcare centers, homeowners associations, apartment complexes, etc. Must have a clean criminal history/ No felony / Must be able to get onto school properties. Brief description of job: • Commercial Playground; Park Equipment Installation (Playground, Safety Surfacing, Shade Structures, Park Amenities, Athletic Equipment) • Position will be an installer working under a lead installer. • Site work (General labor & assembly) - Digging, raking, working with hand tools. • Concrete mixing • Heavy lifting up to 100 pounds • Must be able to travel to out-of-town jobs on a regular basis (Florida Only). You will always come home for the weekend. Lodging and per diem will be provided. • Training will be provided. Qualifications and Skills: • Must have valid driver's license • Must be eligible to work in U.S. • Must have own transportation to and from our yard/ office. • General construction knowledge and experience • Familiarity with tools & equipment. Bobcat/Skid Steer and experience a plus. • Concrete experience a plus, digging, and experience using saws to cut, setting elevations, etc. • Experience reading blueprints, specifications, site plans, and installation instructions helpful. • Good communication and problem-solving skills which will include instructing / helping team members in a positive and helpful manner. • Professionalism a must, along with good leadership skills • Good Time management, and ability to work well in team environment is a must. • An honest, dependable, and very organized person will thrive in this role.
