We have an immediate need to hire a Custodian. Duties would include but not limited to: vacuuming disinfecting snow removal exterior cleaning of buildings interior cleaning of common areas any miscellaneous cleaning in or around the buildings Ideal candidate will have the following : Must have a valid drivers license and a vehicle to travel to the several properties through out Lawrence- Mileage will be reimbursed Bilingual- English/Spanish speaking preferred but not required 2+ years of experience Ability to work 40+ hours per week Must be able to work well independently
