Seaside Guest Services is an adult transitional living environment looking for Behavioral Health Technicians – MUST have weekend availability. The Behavioral Health Tech is responsible for the complete care and well-being of the clients. Graduation from High School or GED. Clean driving history. 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar position or similar function. Knowledge of twelve step program. SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO POSITION: *Monitor the safety and well being of the clients by performing room checks, ensuring guests are accounted for, and sober living rules are being abided by at all times. *Builds positive and professional relationships with staff and clients. *Keeping guests on schedule; Transport clients in company vehicles to activities, Dr Appointments, local AA/NA meetings, etc. *Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment. *Provides a safe, therapeutic environment for staff and clients. *Provides a daily report to management. *Facilitates client’s rules and responsibilities. Reports noncompliance to management. *Direct and monitor clients. *Assist with day to day house duties to ensure healthy/clean environment including laundry, kitchen clean up, making beds, chore checks, etc. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $14.00 /hour; PTO, health benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, life insurance Experience: • Addiction Treatment: 1 year preferred • Basic computer skills Education: • High school or equivalent (Required) Location: • Long Branch, NJ (Required)
