POSITION HOUSEKEEPING: FULL-TIME POSITION SUMMARY: The housekeeping position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the interior of the building. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Cleaning, wash, wipe, sweep, mop, rinse, scrub, dust common areas in the building, Lobby Area, Floors, Hallways, Gym, etc. • Clean doors, handles and door tracks. • Clean and maintain freight elevators. • Previous experience preferred. Special Requirements: • Ability to lift 50 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures; • Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time; • Climb ladders and work at heights above ground level (maximum 3ft); • Walk and climb stairs; • Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions; • Repeat various motions with the wrists, hands and fingers; The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
