We seek to hire Flaggers, Traffic Control Supervisors (TCS) and Traffic Control Technicians (TCT) for the Miami-Dade County area. Experienced and Certified is preferred, however, PAID training is offered as well as Certification at no cost to you. ALL POSITIONS ARE FULL-TIME! Hours are averaging 40 PLUS WEEKLY! PAY IS WEEKLY, Direct Deposit available! FULL BENEFITS (Medical/Dental/Vision) offered after 60 days (2 months) of hire. PTO BEGINS THE DAY OF HIRE! 401(K) after 60 days of hire. In order to be considered ALL candidates MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: - High School/GED Graduate - 18 Years of Age or older - Ability to work in the USA (Documentation will be verified) - MUST PASS DRUG TEST - Background Check required – We are a Second Chance Company (Explained in Interview) - Valid Drivers License Preferred but NOT REQUIRED FOR TCT or TCT Positions - Reliable Transportation - Flexibility with Scheduling (NO SET OR FIXED SCHEDULES AVAILABLE) Hourly Wages varies as follows: $12.00 - $12.50 with no experience for the Flagger position. $13.00 - $13.50 with Experience/Certified for the Flagger position. $14.00 - $15.00 with Experience/Certified, depending on level for the TCT position. $15.00 - $18.00 with Experience/Certified, depending on level for the TCS position.
