Kitchen and Bathroom Estimator / Site Foreman Home Remodeling Contractor is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Estimator / Site Foreman to join our team. We specialize in home addition, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, basement remodeling, and more, we are looking for someone who can managing our ongoing projects and helping us providing free estimate for residential projects, We look for someone with the following skills: - Effective Communicator. (Communicate with Customers regarding their projects) - Assisting us in all aspects of production - Quality control reviews for current projects - Regular site visits -Hire Subcontractors -Preparing of estimate for Kitchen and Bathroom projects -Order Material -Solving Problems -Going to the residential project for a free estimate - Monitor budgets on jobs -Preparing of work plan -Managing multiple projects Requirements: -Excellent communication skills -Prior experience both installing and managing residential Kitchen & Bathroom projects -Highly reliable -Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others -professional references from past employer -Highly organized -Basic computer skills (Experience with Google Apps is a plus) -Minimum 5 years’ experience in preparation of cost estimate for residential projects -Minimum 10 years’ experience residential remodeling experience. -Familiar with all residential building codes. Has the ability to read and understand blueprints. $50,000 to $65,000 Salary based upon experience plus commission.
