We're seeking a part-time cleaning person for our apartment buildings in Holyoke. Responsibilities include sweeping the stairwells and hallways, mopping all common areas, wiping down entryways, disinfecting common areas such handrails, doorknobs, and common doors, dusting all light fixtures, cleaning all front door entryways, etc. Additional responsibilities include the maintenance of the exterior, including cleaning off decks, snow removal, organizing the dumpsters and grounds cleaning (small lots). Additional opportunities may include the cleaning of vacant units as they come up to make them move-in ready. Pay will be competitive and there is flexibility with the schedule/hours.
