It is designed to refresh your memory of your caregivers and other influential people so that you can create strong and fulfilling relationships in this very moment. Tyler Lambuth is the founder of MTNMAN Men's Groups and has studied with John Wineland and David Deida for the past five years. Tyler helps individuals undercover their own healthy and harmful patterns and works to convert them into generous gifts of enlightened art through the physical body. He teaches response instead of reaction, groundedness over groundlessness, and plays with polarity in real-life experimental training. He creates a safe and trusting environment for practitioners to go deep and open the true essence of our hearts. His training offers a new approach to bringing love and consciousness through your body more fully and will offer opportunities to experience a depth of awareness through embodied practice. Tyler works with men and women to cultivate purpose, to give and receive love fully, and to live the greatest version of ourselves no matter what.
