This is a closer look at some of the unusual repair items appraisers find when doing an appraisal for FHA, USDA, VA, and even Fannie Mae. Discussion regarding protocol for reporting the deficiency and the expectancy when the repair is corrected. Review of “cosmetic issues” guidance from FHA, USDA, VA, and Fannie Mae.
