Description Assist teams members for most basic tasks related to day-to-day operations of warehouse and fulfillment. Help keep the shop clean and orderly. Able to work in a team and also complete basic tasks independently. Able to take direction from more experienced teammates with a willingness to learn and complete a variety of tasks as planned. Responsibilities Complete final product assembly as needed Attach hang tags to products being sent to wholesale dealer customers Help keep warehouse area clean and orderly Progress to picking/packing Ecommerce orders and taking on more responsibility as product and systems knowledge increases Requirements of ALL Employees Positive attitude and strong work ethic Attention to detail and quality Ability to adhere to company safety and warehouse policies Willing to learn and improve Reliable and accountable (arrive on time, work a full day, and take ownership for your actions and responsibilities) Team player that can work independently Effective communicator with superb customer service Respect for teammates Part-Time Weekly Commitment Hours are unique for each employee, but days and times must be set with the Operations Manager and Warehouse manager (for example, 10 hours, Tuesday and Thursday from 7-12) Changes to the set days/hours should be rare and when necessary must be set the week prior with the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager Paid breaks/lunch time are determined by part-time hours worked Late: if an employee is going to be later than 15 minutes past their start time, they should notify the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager via group text or email that they are running late and what time to expect them. Compensation $12.50 per hour, reviewed as needed Paid Time Off Part-Time employees are not eligible for Paid Holidays, Sick Leave, or Paid Vacation Accrual
