We are seeking full time maintenance technicians for a large and growing company. The ideal candidate will possess the following assets: Maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and painting skills = At least 1 year Can-do and team oriented attitude. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to perform on call services to be shared with other team members. Willingness to participate in daily grounds clean up. Ability to service the pool and spa or willingness to learn. Excellent benefits are offered and bonuses are earned by outstanding team members. Pre-employment Drug and criminal background screening is required. Candidate can have no landlord debt. Valid drivers license and vehicle required.
