Requirement: ******Need to have about 1 year of experience in construction(Home Remodeling)******* Job Description/Responsibilities: -Oversee construction projects from beginning to end -Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule -Resolve any problems that may arise -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes -Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project (be able to communicate properly) -Ensure all deadlines are met and keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects -Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards -Drive to each jobsite that is assigned to you around the bay area. *****Send resume*****
