Come get your hunt on at X-Street, a COVID-safe urban scavenger hunt in Union Square. Spaces are limited, reserve yours now. Join us on March 6th for X-Street, an urban scavenger hunt that will bring you on an adventure through Union Square, Somerville. We've partnered with Outdoor Afro to create a COVID-safe opportunity for your and your friends to enjoy the outdoors right here in the city. Along the course, you will stop at a pop-up snow-shoe challenge, hot chocolate stand, and photo-booth. How It Works The scavenger hunt will start at 16 Union Square, Somerville, MA where you will receive your first clue and a map of the course. All of the clues will be on the route outlined on the map. The route will take you around Union Square to several stops with fun activities! The course can be completed in around an hour. How to RegisterIf you are up for a challenge and some COVID-safe fun, reserve your spot now! Step 1: Assemble a team of a max of 5 people. (You can also do it alone). Step 2: Book a start time by choosing an available ticket (one per team). Step 3: A CultureHouse team member will contact you to confirm your team ticket and gather contact info for the rest of your team members. Step 4: Show up at the time on your ticket and follow the clues along the course. Note: If there is a weather emergency on March 6th the rain date is Saturday, March 13th. COVID Safety We are following all Somerville City and Massachusetts State guidelines for the event. Please arrive at 16 Union Square with a mask and wear it for the duration of the course. At the hot chocolate stand you can take your mask off but we ask that you maintain social distancing. The tickets are limited to 5 people per team and start times are staggered to ensure teams have limited overlap on the course. We will also be collecting names and contact information of everyone participating for contact tracing purposes.
