- Featured Cocktail: LaBelle Seyval Blanc Margarita
- Roasted Corn & Black Bean Dip with Chili Lime Spiced Tortilla Chips
- Shrimp & Avocado Ceviche Tostada
- Mushroom & Squash Blossom Quesadilla with JalapeƱo Wine Salsa Verde and Grapefruit Crema
Wine will be paired and/or prepared with each item. This class is an interactive and fun cooking demonstration! You'll be seated with your party and enjoy a sample of each recipe, as well as wine pairings throughout the session.
Amy LaBelle and one of our talented chefs will prepare each item for you to try as well as share tips for entertaining. You'll also receive a recipe card for each item to take home!
This class is suited for couples, singles, family, and friends as well as corporate colleagues.
