Description

Learn how to create amazing wine and cheese pairings on your own! Marie King, LaBelle Wine Educator and Sommelier, and Peter Agostinelli, LaBelle Culinary Director and Sommelier, will guide you through the how and why of wine and cheese pairing. At this interactive class, you'll taste four types of fine cheeses paired with five different wines! Although cheese and wine have an affinity for each other, it's not a given that all types of wine and cheese bring out the best in each other. It can be quite the opposite! Marie will help you understand why some pairings work, and others don't; why your palate is inviting to some combinations and not others. To understand the basics of wine and cheese pairing, you'll also learn about cheese and wine individually. Put the two together (with the tips you'll learn) and you'll be able to enjoy wine and cheese on a deeper, more enjoyable level so that the next time you’re on a wine and cheese buying mission, you’ll have no doubt what to choose! Our last two sessions sold out quickly, so register today to taste the best wine and cheese pairings imaginable. There are no prerequisites for this class. Simply come and learn, enjoy and meet new friends! We recommend you dine in The Bistro prior to, or after, the workshop.Click here to make a dining reservation now!
