The Maintenance Technician I will provide exemplary customer service to team members and residents. SCHEDULE: Sunday – Thursday 10:30AM-7:00PM If you are someone with: • High School Diploma or GED required • Must have prior experience with prep and painting abilities • Must have own hand tools • Must have reliable transportation • Ability to provide exceptional customer service • Pre-employment background check and drug test required • Must have the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, carry up to 40 lbs, and push/pull up to 50 lbs We want to talk with you!
