Sign Production Specialist

Artco Sign Company, Inc. is looking for a full-time production specialist to join our team. If you're a sign industry professional who is a self-motivated hard worker, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and loves variety and challenges, we want to hear from you TODAY! Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Operate and maintain sign-related equipment (plotter, router, printer, etc.) • Prepare substrates for application, which may include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and vinyl application • Inspect jobs for accuracy throughout the production process • Installation support as needed • Customer service Desired qualifications include: • 2+ years sign industry experience preferred; will train the right candidate • Familiar with sign software programs such as Composer, Adobe Illustrator Creative Suite, Photoshop, etc. • Experience in weeding, building signs and applying first and second surface vinyl and digital material to different substrates • Detail-oriented, dependable, loyal, team player • Strong communication and math skills • Able to work both independently and in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude and professional approach • Able to take direction and learn new processes (correction is not criticism) • Multi-tasker We offer a casual work environment with benefits after 90 days of employment.
