Description

Very small project in a 1 bedroom apartment; but will need assistance pulling permits and with plumbing/electric. 1. Remove existing bathtub and replace with walk-in tile shower. Bathroom floor to match. Bathroom is roughly 7'x7'. I will supply all finish tile and new shower hardware. Please don't tell me it cost's $9000 in labor to tile a shower/I'm not stupid. 2. Replace existing oven with new separated wall oven and cooktop. All electric. Possibly replace all cabinets and countertops as well. Small kitchen on 1 wall/about 15' long. I will provide new appliances and cabinetry. Must come to the condo or be available over the phone to go over everything. Must be very clear and easily able to lay out approximate cost, process, and timing. I'm an architect(not licensed in Florida), but will be able to provide CAD drawings to you to get things moving quickly. Thank-you!
