Hi i need a general labor guy that can do painting. carpentry and other things in property maintenance is a plus. Pay is $15.00 an Hour or by the job but would equal about the same. Can provide a ride to the job if needed. Im a property manager and if your good and responsible i get all kinds of work to keep you busy. The first job is in Newton to replace a soft spot on a bathroom floor and paint some concrete blocks with Water Sealant paint.
