Join us for a sweaty beach bootcamp where Thomas Ave meets the beach followed by brunch at The Local PB!
Keara Christine will lead us through a 45 min beach bootcamp utilizing bodyweight circuits to build up a sweat and get your ready to take on the weekend!
Then we'll cool down with a walk up to The Local PB so we can refuel with some brunch and maybe even a little booze if you're feelin up to it :)
We will start promptly at 9am so please plan to meet us by 8:50am (at the latest). That means leave yourself enough time to find parking!!
