The ideal candidate will ensure that the equipment is functioning safely, properly, and efficiently. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have a willingness to learn and improve. 1st shift: 7 am - 4 pm $14-16/hr Attendance is a must Skills for Machine Operator/ Shop Hand Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools Understanding of production procedures Adherence to health and safety regulations Analytical skills Attention to detail Welding experience is a plus Physical stamina and strength High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus TA Staffing is an E-Verify, Equal Opportunity, and Drug-Free Workplace.
