ASSISTANT TRAINER - Job Requirements: • Able to take instruction and constructive criticism; eager to learn • Able to prioritize and complete work; can lead others • Has own transportation and valid driver’s license • Able to ride horses “on the bit”, and at Collected, Extended, and Normal gaits • Provides video of applicant riding • Experienced in show horse training and showing environment • Knowledge of dressage principles helpful The right person for this position is a high energy individual who • Has attention to detail and cleanliness • Is confident and comfortable handling young horses • Wants a long time career with horses • Is eager to learn • Is willing to work long, hard hours • Brings ZERO drama GROOM - SHOW GROOM - Job Requirements: • able to work independently • able to follow directions • able to prioritize and complete work • able to handle young horses and stallions • able to work in all kinds of weather • able to lift 70 pounds • able to drive a tractor and use a front end loader We are looking for a self-motivated person who is committed to learning how to manage a high-level show barn and who has attention to detail and cleanliness.
