Vegetarian dishes are fantastic and diverse in Indian cuisine. In fact, many of us don't realize that at least half of India's 1.3 billion people are vegetarian. Therefore, combined with India's diverse geography and lifestyles, vegetarian foods also have reached great heights throughout the subcontinent's thousands of years of history. Join Chef Shyamala as she shares with you her love of Indian cuisine. All menu items in this class are vegan friendly! Menu to include Poori (fluffy bread made with whole wheat flour rolled out and fried in oil), Navratan kurma (mixed vegetable curry), and Almond kova (desert made with almond flour and sugar) Cost for this class is $55/person. No refunds or credit if cancelled within 48 hours of event.

Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, chef and staff are required to wear mask. Hand washing stations are located throughout kitchen. We will ask that you allow your temperature taken upon entering the kitchen. Kitchen area is large enough to social distance.
