Looking to adopt pet bird

I'm interested in adopting a pet bird, such as a budgie, parrotlet, lovebird, or green cheek conure. I live in an apartment, so I would prefer a bird that won't be unreasonably loud and disturb my neighbors. Some noise is ok. I am hoping to get an easygoing, personable bird... I would rather adopt a young bird from a pet store than adopt a bird that has behavioral problems/bad learned habits/fears. Please let me know if you are looking to rehome a bird that fits this description.
