Press release from the City of Waukee: February 19, 2021 The Waukee Parks & Recreation Department has a great spring and summer filled with programs, activities, trips and festivals! Highlights include: Waukee's popular festivals/events such as Movies in the Park and this year a THREE-day Independence Celebration Mini Sluggers T-Ball league and Parent/Child Blastball Youth camps including All-Star Sports, Art in the Park and Explore the Outdoors Youth education, cooking, tumbling and martial arts activities Special needs and adaptive sports activities Adult sports and activities including slow-pitch softball, pickleball sand volleyball leagues and bingo Adult trips to the Iowa State Fair and to explore Iowa Falls Yoga in the Park and Kids Yoga View this season's Program Guide!
