Description
WALNUT CREEK, CA — Walnut Creek's Sylvia Rodriguez has been sharing hiking recommendations with readers. Her newest recommendation is a trail that provides panoramic views, but also comes with a place of contemplation.
Sylvia shared this photo, "The image you see is that of many plaques located off Lake Chabot Road. From the street you can walk 3/4 mile up hill and see the entire bay area as you pay tribute to children whose lives were taken by violence. The list captures a long list of children unborn, unidentified and about 400 names to read ranging in ages 0 to 17."
Thank you for sharing, Sylvia.
