OAK FOREST, IL — The City of Oak Forest issued a missing/endangered persons report on Monday for Jose Luis Flores, 56, who is without his prescribed medication and is believed to have a condition which may place him danger. According to the city, Flores has been missing since Saturday, around 7:15 p.m. and is believed to have left his home in a red 2016 Dodge Caravan, with a license plate that reads BH63487. He has not returned home, had any contact with family and his phone has been inactive since Saturday, the city says.
