St. Louis Park, MN – February 18, 2021 – Scott Krohn, a Minnesota native, formerly of asTech, a Repairify, Inc. company and ABRA Auto Body and Glass, has assumed ownership of Electro Static Corp. Scott has more than 25 years business experience in the automotive industry, most recently serving as President and COO at Reparify, Inc., makers of the patented asTech™ automotive diagnostic device. Prior to that, Scott served ABRA Auto Body and Glass as Chief Process and Quality Officer and Executive Vice President Operations. During his career, Scott helped ABRA grow to more than 335 locations in 30 states while delivering industry leading customer service and cycle time. Mr. Krohn said, “I am excited to enter the industrial coatings business with a fantastic team that has been in operation for almost 25 years.” Krohn added “I’m looking forward to leading Electro Static Corp. as we expand our capabilities into the next phase of the company’s growth plan.” Dick and Bob Meyer have built a great business and are recognized for their business integrity and high-quality product. Bob Meyer will slowly transition out of operations while Dick Meyer will stay on long-term as General Manager overseeing daily operations. Scott and Dick will be actively involved in the daily operation of the business. Meyer remarks “Having Scott’s business experience and leadership will allow us to execute our growth strategy, add new lines of business, and implement lean process as we expand into a new and larger location.” About Electro Static Corp.
