We deliver plastic moving boxes, the customers move, and we pick the boxes up at their new location. We operate throughout Greater Boston. Learn more at www.boxsave.com Part-Time Delivery Driver We are based in Woburn Center, and drivers use a 10' Box Truck and Cargo Van for jobs throughout the Greater Boston area. $20 per hour. Occasional Tips. Part-Time, flexible schedule. We're looking for a driver who can work work Saturdays and Mondays in addition to Tuesdays through Fridays. We aim to give you 2-4 hour blocks with 1-3 jobs per hour. In the winter, it starts with 2 shifts per week, mostly in the mornings. During the summer, it could be up to six shifts per week with some evening shifts available. There are three other drivers so there's flexibility and teamwork to help each other out. Requirements: - 21+ - You enjoy customer service. You'll be interacting with business people, homeowners and renters. A big part of our business is built on referrals from happy customers, and you'll be representing our company. - Safety focus on the road driving a 10' box truck or a cargo van. We require a valid license and clean driving record. - Safety focus at our shop and at customer locations. - Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs repeatedly, including up and down flights of stairs at customer locations. - Ability to push stacks of boxes weighing 150 lbs up ramps using 4-wheel dollies. - Smartphone that can view google calendar and use google maps for directions. Customer-facing experience including sales, customer-service, and food-service is a big plus. Moving industry experience is helpful.
