Seeking on site manager to assist with leasing, management and maintenance oversight. The candidate will preferably have previous residential management experience and leasing in a residential apartment environment. For the right candidate, training can be offered, Hours are flexible but will require ability to show apartments at flexible time and respond to tenant needs as required. This is an ideal job for semi or retired person seeking flexibility and a part time income. Compensation can include an apartment on site if desired. If not on site it would be a requirement to live in the Topsham/Brunswick area. Depending on housing choice there would be a weekly part time base salary that would insure your availability and we would additionally offer a leasing fee for every apartment rented. Maintenance skills would be a benefit and we would offer hourly compensation on top of base salary if you are able to perform handyman and/or painting expertise. However, primary experience would be desired to be leasing and management. Job would start end of March 2021
