All Applicant must; - have reliable transportation - be punctual - be personable and the ability to provide excellent customer service - ability to multitask in a fast paces environment. 1. Bike rental staff; - bike maintenance is helpful but not required. Will train... - must be able to change a bike tire, or willing to learn. - keep bike rentals clean. - sanitize high touch point between rentals - willing to learn how to adjust brakes, chains, etc. 2. Boat rentals, Dock-hands - boating experience is a plus but not required. - keeping the boat rentals clean. - willing to learn how to sail. and drive powerboat. 3. Location Managers - Must have previous experience leading a small team or experience as a manager. - Boating experience is preferred but not required. - problem solving abilities. - good communication.
