Such a good time, you won't even realize you're working out! $10 Dance Fit Classes Monday/Thursday Nights 6:30pm-7:30pm Each class we will be switching up the dance styles between; Hip Hop Ballet, West African Influenced, Jazz Funk Pilates and Dance Hall movements Please bring water and wear comfortable workout attire that allows you to stretch and move your bodies.
