DMS is looking for an overnight cleaning supervisor to oversee a large cleaning account. This position reports directly to the Project Manager. He/she supervises the leads and janitors on his/her shift. Essential Work Functions: -Communicates with workers and conducts meetings. -Completes projects, special tasks set up by the Project Manager. -Responsible for communicating all emergencies to the Project Manager. -Be knowledgeable in all aspects of janitorial work. The candidate is required to: -Consent and clear a background check and drug test. -Must be bilingual (English and Spanish). -Must be willing to work outdoors, overnights and holidays. Shift consist of 4 ten hour work days -Must be able to follow protocols for biohazard clean ups.
