Commercial Landscaping throughout the East Valley Spray technician is required to have a state license for pesticide application and is responsible for properly mixing and applying herbicides. Expected to: Know how to operate sprayers and spreaders. Maintain power spray equipment assigned to your area in a safe, clean and mechanically sound condition at all times by performing routine safety inspections on all spraying equipment. See that all field equipment complies with federal, state and local regulations. Be able to read and interpret labels. Fill out chemical check-out sheets. Complete spray requests as per schedule. Maintains accurate records of chemical usage according to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations as well as spray logs required per contract.
