Summary: Structural Runner perform all construction tasks as assigned by the project manager. Duties include demolition, cleaning, hauling debris, and other work as assigned. Structural Runner must be capable of completing appropriate paperwork that the company requires. Positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team environment. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. 1. Completes all work in a timely and efficient manner in accordance to company policy 2. Lifts and carries. 3. Completes requisition forms for materials and supplies and submits to management for processing. 4. Picks up and delivers materials to job sites 5. Communicates with management to clarify daily jobsite tasks 6. Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations. 7. Other Duties as assigned. 8. Clean Drivers License and ability to pass a background check and drug test. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Equipment: Must have knowledge of driving trucks or company vans. Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Math Ability: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills. Certificates and Licenses: A Valid California Driver’s License issued by the DMV of California.
