Let us keep your property continuously looking its best. Position Summary: Empty trash/recycling and remove to dumpsters. Clean common areas such as lobbies, stairs and restrooms. Clean tenant offices including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and other general cleaning duties as needed/assigned. Requirements: Ideal candidates will have the ability to push-pull-lift up to 30 pounds, present a professional demeanor at all times, have an excellent attendance record, and take pride in the quality of their work. Must pass background check. Minimum qualifications: Ability to utilize a wide array of custodial chemicals; general cleaning chemicals Ability to safely operate custodial equipment vacuum, backpack vacuum Ability to communicate effectively Ability to follow instructions Human relations skills to build effective working relationships. Physical Requirements: Standing and walking Bending, kneeling, reaching, and stooping Lifting boxes or equipment weighing up to 35 pounds, and up to 50 pounds occasionally Pushing or pulling objects such as vacuums, carts, mops, etc. May be required to push/pull equipment weighing up to 70 pounds Grasping both small & large objects Climbing ladders and/or step stools
