Spencer Building Maintenance is looking for six (6) Utility people (AKA: Floor Technician/Waxer/Carpet Cleaner)
Basic Function:
Employee performs restorative and regular maintenance of floors and carpets. Must have 2 years of proven experience in Class A and B buildings. Individuals work in two person teams. Company uniforms, transportation and top of the line equipment and materials provided.
Requirements:
Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Prior janitorial industry experience required.
Know and demonstrate the proper use of personnel safety equipment.
Complete understanding of buffers, auto-scrubbers, wet vacuums, high speeds (including propane), extractors and other carpet cleaning machinery.
Polite and professional in appearance.
A willingness to learn the "Spencer Way."
Strong leadership and work ethic.
Must follow company dress code, inclusive of PPE, and be dressed and groomed in a clean, neat, and respectful manner.
A Utility personnel must demonstrate honesty and integrity with all his/her team members, supervision, and management.
