Amazing! Beautiful! Wonderful! Female husky, named Halen, who is 6 years old. She is the best dog for an active family. Unfortunately, my family is no longer “active”. She runs 4-5 miles with me 3-4x a week. Perfect on a leash. Knows commands (sit and shake) and is 100% housebroken. She loves kids (all ages) and other dogs, but she is a princess and expects to be treated that way! Some of her downfalls (as some may call them): She must be groomed regularly as she is a big shedder. She is a runner, you must have a big yard for her and walk/run with her daily. She hates being “locked up” and wants to run. She cries without the attention. She absolutely hates cats and chickens. She will kill them without hesitation. She also absolutely hates water. She will stand still for a bath because she is such an obedient dog, but she hates it! We go on many trips to the river, lake and beach; she just stands on the side and watches. As you can tell, this girl is my baby! I will not just let her go to just anyone. I will ask many questions! She is a one of a kind dog. She makes beautiful puppies (she pictures) and has had 2 litters under very close care. They bring in good money as they are an excellent breed.
