Full Time Packing and Shipping Team Member If you love technology and online sales this position is for you. 3R Technology is the largest reseller of surplus computers, network gear, and other electronics in the Puget Sound area. We are expanding our online sales and are looking for an energetic, packing and shipping Team member to add to our online sales team. You’ll gain skills in the ecommerce process working with a great group of people. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for timely picking and packing of outgoing shipments through ShipStation Responsible for checking, receiving and entering inventory (finished goods) into ERP system (Razor) & Sellbrite. Visually check all outgoing items for damage and general appearance Manage shipping process - packing, labeling and courier contact Order shipping supplies - boxes, labels, tape and envelopes Support other areas as needed QUALIFICATIONS Individual must have a High School Diploma or equivalent Requires ability to work independently and as a team while supporting various departments in a high volume, fast paced environment Must be extremely detail oriented, able to follow maintain a high level of accuracy Proficient computer skills Individual will have good communication skills, both interpersonal and written Highly organized, be able to identify issues, and solve problems as they arise Bending, stooping and lifting (30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds required) Familiar with eBay or eCommerce process a plus Must be a self-starter with strong motivation and desire for continuous learning and improvement Ability to work in a general warehouse environment Must be willing to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday COMPENSATION: Pay DOE.
