Looking for a maintenance person with experience. We have over 90 units, houses and apartments located all in the same neighborhood. You must have experience in painting, some plumbing, some electrical and irrigation. Bilingual-spanish is a plus. You must be able to crawl into attics, and climb ladders. Schedule is M-F 8:30am - 4:30pm Hourly rate depending on experience. Only those with a resume will be considered. This is a non-smoking property.
