Wicked Good Cookies is hiring! We are looking to welcome a baker’s assistant to join our team. It is a full time position with opportunities for plenty of overtime.
Daily responsibilities will include assisting with the production of our amazing logo sugar cookies. Position includes making the dough from scratch each day with our lead baker. Following a production schedule which will involve cutting, baking and frosting thousands of sugar cookies each day. Training will be provided and no baking experience needed.
· Good physical fitness
· Basic work experience and reliability
· Ability to follow direction and receive constructive criticism
· Have good time management skills
· Possess strong interpersonal skills to relate with all members of the team
· Able to lift up to 50lbs
· Able to stand or walk all day on concrete flooring
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Monday – Friday (30-40+ hours/week)
· Overtime may be available
