The job is indoors for the most part, and there is no funky smells associated with specialty mushrooms since the growing medium is mostly sawdust. The address and contact information is below. Jorge: Call/Text 971.283.3705 Starting Pay: $13hr Jorge has been working here for 20+ years. He's a good team leader, but expects people to show up on time, listen and learn quickly. We train people from scratch with no experience, and expect people to learn and do jobs as instructed. It's not rocket science, so I'm confident you would be able to do the job just fine. The key here is we are a production facility more so than a farm, so we need people to be able to hit goals set so the farm is able to stay ahead of orders and keep up with daily/weekly needs. The work day starts at 6am and end 2:30-4:30 depending on need. We have run 6 day work weeks, but I'm trying to pull work week back to 5 days weekly with the ability to call people if someone is out unexpectedly. Those who are most productive regardless of time on the farm will get the most hours. I believe in rewarding people for their work and not time served.
