Seeking experienced Maryland-licensed general contractor or team of skilled craftsmen to help with remodeling a fixer-upper house. Demolition, framing, drywall, tiling, painting, finish carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. You must have a truck/van and a full set of tools. You must be local and able to start immediately. Please email details of your crew/team/business, experience, specialty, rates, etc. If you have pictures of completed projects, and references from customers, that would be a huge plus. I will interview shortlisted candidates and discuss the scope with them. Please respond only if your rates are reasonable and the quality of work perfect.
