G&G Landscape LLC is a landscape and hardscape company based out of Harford County, MD which specializes in residential and commercial work throughout the Harford County and Baltimore County area. We are seeking an experience full-time crew leader/foreman who is driven, knowledgeable, and trustworthy to add to our team and grow with our company. The foreman duties would include, but are not limited to: Managing the labor force on the job site; ensuring safety, quality of work, and productivity of the labor force; operation of equipment and machinery such as skid-steers, excavators, and basic gas-powered equipment; truck and trailer operation; and paver and retaining wall installation. Applicants must have a valid drivers’ license and be drug free. The following attributes will be highly prioritized in applicants: • Advanced knowledge of horticulture, plant identification, and plant care/needs • Ability to thrive within a leadership role and command a job site • General hardscaping knowledge, including paver, concrete, and retaining wall installation • Display professionalism with both fellow teammates and when communicating with clientele • Career oriented with a genuine desire to learn and grow within the trade; wanting to help the company grow and to grow with the company • Detail oriented and quality driven Hours would be Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm, with occasional mandatory Saturdays during peak season. Wages will be based upon experience, ranging from $17-$25 per hour. We are willing to increase pay after a 60-day probationary period once ability and work ethic have been proven.
