Established group looking for players to rotate in and out for livestreams and gigs once bookings start again. We are a bassist and guitarist who usually perform in small group settings. Our regular horn player is swamped with school and work so we would like to have a roster of people to call on when gigs are up. We have also started streaming regularly on Twitch, and sometimes get tips for that. Prior to Covid we had a fairly full schedule of paying gigs. Our usual repertoire is Realbook standards, Blue Note/West Coast era jazz, but any tune is open for suggestion. Open to any instrument or vocalist. You don't have to be a bebop monster, but be able to hold down your parts and solo, and be reliable. Rehearsals/streams held in Thurston or in Eugene near U of O. Mask wearing and social distancing protocols are observed.
