We are a leader in the gaming industry and have been growing steadily over the years. We are located in a new 45,000 square foot facility in Fitchburg, WI. We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our 1st shift Warehouse Team. Ideal candidates will be: • Self-Motivated • Ability to manage other team members effectively while contributing individually • Ability to communicate effectively to team members and other members of the NKG team • Ability to keep the team motivated and working towards a common goal • Able to lift product 50-75lbs • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment • Experience with gaming a plus but not required Position Details • Warehouse Lead 2nd shift - Pick and pack orders, inventory and label new and used games, provide basic inventory functions in our warehouse to maintain 99.9% inventory accuracy. Manage the 2nd shift team of 3-4 staff members and ensure orders go out on-time and packaged well and that all daily tasks get completed each shift. • Train new team members and teach existing team members more advanced tasks • Manage workload and productivity • Come up with suggestions for process improvements • 1 Position Open - Monday - Friday 2nd shift starting at 3pm. End time is typically 11pm - midnight. End time is dependent on workload. • Full time position • Position averages 45 hours a week.
