Experience with working with property management, investment properties and/or single family rentals. This will be for ongoing 1099 work. Must be able to pass background and have general liability insurance.

(2) Roofing (replacements, inspections, and repairs)
(1) Window/glass repair
(2) Concrete - smaller repairs
(1) Foundation repairs
