This positions offers great opportunity for an experienced groundman Operation Specialist and also allows the career path for entry level positions within the tree care industry. Visit our site and view all current opportunities www.joshuatreeexperts.com Groundman Specialist work alongside a 2 to 4-person tree crew assisting in tree removal, tree pruning, stump grinding and wood chipper operations. The Groundman Operations Specialist is responsible for all communication with crew members and the public while climbers are aloft in trees or aerial lift trucks. Joshua Tree Experts is dedicated to expanding our employee's knowledge and offer paid training to all Groundman Operations Specialist for class room work, seminars, certification testing and all certification related expenses. Groundman Operator Specialist Responsibilities: a. Ability to follow orders from crew leaders and management b. Maintain professional image & Provide excellent customer service c. Maintains equipment to operate as expected d. Provides a safe work environment for the public e. Ability to use traffic devices during job set up and on-site procedures f. Follows safety culture as outlined in company safety policy g. Must be available to work 40 plus hours per week h.
