We need 6 people to shovel snow EVERY snow storm. 3 People needed to shovel snow in Lunenburg at the Wal-Mart Plaza. 3 People needed to shovel snow in Leominster at a large condo/apartment complex on Central Street. Pay rate is $18.00 per hour @ Leominster site. Pay rate is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour @ Lunenburg site. Pay will be by check that you can pick up at our office in Sterling. We do not withhold or keep any taxes, that is your responsibility to claim/pay taxes. We just pay you the rate listed above. Pay checks are given out every Friday at our office. Do not show up drunk, hung over or on drugs.... We will send you back home. Also do not be lazy. We do not want to see you on your phone while we are paying you to work either. We expect you to work. Must be a hard/good worker. This is manual labor working outside shoveling snow in cold weather for long hours. IMPORTANT: We do not want someone who will work only one storm or who can only work certain times or days. We want someone who will work all winter long, who will work every single snow storm. You must be available to work 24/7 (On Call). You need to be able to work EVERY single snow storm between now and the end of the season (April). You must be RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, RESPONSIBLE, and ON TIME. You must be able to show up, shovel and work EVERY snow storm. If you are a good worker we may offer you a job for the summer landscaping.
