The Site Manager is responsible for managing team and individual performance of employees such as, Vehicle Service Agents, Driver/Transporters and Leads, overseeing assigned customer sites and interacting with the customer contacts on a daily basis. Frequently evaluating company operations at the site and making adjustments as needed for the utmost customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Manage team and individual performance. Must be able to coach or discipline employees as appropriate. Train coach employees on how to handle a variety of situations, both operationally and with employees. Work with Regional Manager to develop a game plan for seasonal staffing fluctuations. Document Daily Attendance and ensure accuracy of timekeeping system. Assign badges to Leads and Drivers, along with communication devices. Track and document vehicle movements and account for all moves. Conduct weekly meetings and safety training. Coordinate with customer to discuss suggestions, improvements and challenges and make adjustments as applicable. Review return area, rental area, wholesale and shop placements with client and ensure work tasks are completed with accuracy. Continuous follow-up with client regarding workflow status. Review lots to determine quantity of movement and placement of vehicles. Direct and communicate with staff regarding productivity and document performance issues as necessary. Escalate any misconduct or policy violations to HR immediately as appropriate. Create, review, and modify staff schedules and fill gaps and/or correct overstaffing accordingly. Complete monthly customer reports and review with area manager for accuracy before delivery to the customer. Inspect all work areas to detect and correct any unsafe work conditions as well as ensure staff is wearing proper attire. Input data daily for invoicing regarding gas, time spent and vehicle tracking. Scan and send manifest and other related reports to appropriate management. · Regular attendance per FleetLogix policy is required and is an essential function of the position. Employees with attendance issues or excessive tardiness will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Other duties as assigned.
